hi! i'm kelly.
At 16, I was running a music blog and using my camera to help local bands get noticed. Fast forward 20 years and I'm still doing the same thing, only with a little more gusto.
I have a business degree, but I didn't build my career through the classic millennial tech pipeline. Instead, I nurtured a well-rounded perspective through finding my own "why" and helping other entrepreneurs build successful businesses. All while prioritizing a work-life balance that defies conventional norms.
These days I work as a one-woman marketing department for brands and artists with big visions and lean budgets. High-pressure, scrappy, collaborative. That's where I do my best work.
nice words!
Some kind things from the void.
It became apparent early on after meeting Kelly that she has the unique ability to translate art into a language we all speak. Adding her to our team was an instant value add — could not recommend her more for anybody looking to immediately grow their business.
Not only did I gain a newfound appreciation for organization & task management (who knew a creative person could thrive on structure?! 😂), but I also learned to identify my weaknesses and actually create plans to tackle them. And let's be real, learning to give myself grace when things fall apart is a lesson I'll carry with me forever. But honestly, the BIGGEST takeaway? Embracing my unique creative process and trusting my intuition. You helped me see that my "go hard, rest, go hard" approach isn't a flaw, it's my superpower! I finally feel like I can ditch the cookie-cutter mold and just be ME.
